The People Behind Fashion Week: Edith Venter, The Hostess with the Mostest

The ever elegant and well-known socialite, Edith Venter has evolved into a dedicated business woman, with a major involvement in charity work with organisations such as Red Cross, Reach for a Dream, Cotlands Baby Sanctuary and the Cancer Foundation.

We are excited to have Edith Unlimited, Edith’s event management company, to collaborate with AFI for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Joburg Spring/Summer 2016.

“I love what I do because many of the events we do help to raise money and awareness for charity organisations.    This makes it very worthwhile.    We enjoy the creativity and making sure that no two events are ever alike, this makes it very exciting.” 

Upon arriving at Fashion Week, you will be met by a beautiful garden of flowers centred around the spring and summer theme.

As an expert in the art of creating a memorable experience, Edith Venter and her team organised a series of exciting experiential stations to be enjoyed throughout Fashion Week.
