It takes someone with exceptional personal style to transform a full black look into a stunning spectacle.

When Metro FM announced the "Shades of Black Cocktail" dress code for their nominees announcement party, it was an opportunity for celebrities to push the boundaries of fashion.

Instead of reverting to the usual, these stars opted for elegance, creativity, and flair. From lace and brocade to leather and embroidered gowns, they showcased the best of South African style.

You can always count on the former footballer to be one of the best-dressed people at an event. His dedication to style and his drive to always make an impact when dressing up, has made him one of the best dressed people in the country. Wearing the on-trend barrel-leg trousers in black, he expertly styled them with an asymmetrical hemmed leather shacket, a crips white shirt and a bowtie.

Wearing a custom-made look by House of Nala’s K.Moraba & Collective, he looked debonair. With the brocade-textured cropped tuxedo blazer, the trousers with complementary brocade piping, and a tailored black bedazzled shirt, he looked every inch the star he is.
