AFI is now looking for exceptional models based strictly in and around Mbombela to bring this exclusive show to life.

Why This Casting Is Special

AFI has proudly hosted the Fashion Experience in Mbombela before, but this year’s edition will be bigger and bolder. The event will feature stunning collections from AFI Privé, offering a luxurious fashion showcase that blends creativity, culture, and style.

To make this vision a reality, AFI needs models who not only meet the requirements but who also represent the spirit and talent of the Mbombela community.

What You Need to Know to Apply

If you’re a model based in Mbombela or nearby, this could be your moment to shine on a prestigious runway. Here are the key details:

How to Apply

Applying is simple and completely virtual at this stage.

Complete this registration form, and upload your digital Z-Card, portfolio, and runway walk video. No slo-mo videos will be considered. This streamlined process is to make sure that all Mbombela-based talent has a fair chance to be seen and selected.

• Height requirements: Female models must be at least 174 cm tall, and male models must be at least 180 cm tall.
• Availability: Models must be available from 01 May to 03 May 2025 for rehearsals, fittings, and the show itself.
• Location: This casting is exclusively for models based in and around Mbombela. Please note that AFI will not cover travel or accommodation expenses, so only local applicants should apply.
• Deadline: The final date to submit your application is 25 April 2025.
